We are able to socially distance while working and are open for business as usual.
To ensure our customers receive secure and safe delivery of their orders we are now using DPD couriers to deliver our parcels throughout Europe. Unfortunately, this does mean an increase in shipping costs, particularly effecting smaller, lighter orders. Huge apologies for the increase in shipping in these difficult times.
DPD couriers provide a superior, faster, tracked service. They no longer require customers to sign for parcels and may take a photo of delivery instead. They will drop you a text or email once they have picked up your parcel, and also your tracking number and delivery ETA.
If you can, put the parcel aside for a few days (3 days is, by our current understanding, optimal) and wash your hands thoroughly after handling.

Reclaiming VAT on Orders Sent to Non-EU Countries
If you are a customer who resides outside of the EU and the delivery address is outside of the EU we can refund the VAT of 20% that we are required to add to your order.
