Due to the changing circumstances we find ourselves in we are in the process of switching from using Royal Mail to deliver our parcels to DPD couriers. This process will be completed by the end of this week when orders will be sent out again as normal. This will mean an increase in shipping costs, particularly effecting smaller orders. Apologies for this, but the service will be speedier and more secure. We have already had two local Royal Mail post offices close and their service will likely be increasingly affected.
DPD couriers provide a superior, faster and tracked service. They no longer require customers to sign for parcels and have been instructed to keep their distance.
If you can, put the parcel aside for a few days (3 days is, by our current understanding, optimal) and / or wash your hands thoroughly after handling.

Reclaiming VAT on Orders Sent to Non-EU Countries
If you are a customer who resides outside of the EU and the delivery address is outside of the EU we can refund the VAT of 20% that we are required to add to your order.
